|Andrew John Azariah Hudson was born in Hanover Jamaica. He grew up in the church and developed a natural love for music that later expanded when he migrated to America at age twelve. He was absorbed by the Hip Hop culture that only New York had at that time but did not start rapping until after joining the U.S. Army at 17 yrs. old at which time he formed a rap duo called Hooded Alliance with his new friend from New Jersey. After three years of dancing and writing, the two decided to pursue their dreams, so with their newly found manager, Banton and friend Dee, the four took their act to Washington, Virginia and eventually right back to New York. After living on the road for over a year the group separated and Az went to hussle in Louisiana which subsequently led to two incarcerations followed by deportation. Having to leave his two children behind, he headed straight for the studio where he recorded his first song with Cash Flow’s Neil. It created a buzz but in a music terrodome like Kingston, Azaria’s new style “Island Hop’’ needed a bigger medium. He met Mark Duncan a.k.a. Blacka G, who was also on the same sheet of music. After a decade of research and constant communication with Mark’s brother “Influence”, they formed a label called Cashino Records on June 25, 2009 and Azaria rose to the occasion once again.
